Keynote Speaker Bio:

Grace Maher is an influential leader and the Chief Operating Officer at OTR Solutions, where she has been a key figure since the company's inception in 2011. From a fledgling startup to a robust private equity-backed enterprise, Grace's journey with OTR has been fueled by an unwavering commitment to strategic leadership and continuous innovation within the transportation sector.

Under Grace's leadership, OTR Solutions has grown to oversee 350 professionals across three office locations on two continents. She has been instrumental in driving the company’s evolution, offering industry-leading technology, exceptional customer service, and robust financial solutions to the trucking community. Her leadership style is deeply collaborative, emphasizing engagement, mutual respect, and teamwork, which has been pivotal in fostering a culture that underpins OTR's success.

When Grace Maher began her career in logistics, she quickly noticed the shortage of women in leadership positions within the industry. Undeterred by the gender imbalance, Grace focused on promoting inclusivity and empowering women to recognize and assert their valuable contributions to the industry. In 2015, she founded the Women in Logistics chapter at OTR Solutions, an initiative aimed at empowering women through scholarships and career development opportunities. Her steadfast commitment has been crucial in fostering a more inclusive industry, reinforcing her role as a leading advocate for gender diversity and leadership development.

Grace is also a sought-after speaker, frequently sharing her expertise on operational strategies and leadership at industry conferences and workshops. These platforms allow her to extend her influence beyond OTR, inspiring and promoting best practices and innovative thinking throughout the wider logistics community.

Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with a Certificate in Accounting from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and is a Certified Account Executive in Factoring (CAEF) accredited by the International Factoring Association. Her contributions to the team and focus on building a winning culture have been integral to OTR Solutions being recognized as a Top Place to Work by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution for seven consecutive years.
