The ASCM Atlanta Chapter is pleased to invite supply chain professionals to our upcoming Professional Development Meeting featuring Doug Allvine, Project Manager and Consultant specializing in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. 

In this session, Doug will provide a practical framework for supplier scouting in today’s complex supply chain environment. Attendees will receive real-world examples and use cases, a clear overview of the key steps in effective supplier scouting, and an introduction to the most valuable data sources and tools available to sourcing professionals.

Doug Allvine brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain transformation. Most recently, he served as Project Manager for Supply Chain and Manufacturing Technology with the Georgia Manufacturing Extension Partnership (GaMEP) at Georgia Tech. Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager at Accenture, where he led the design and implementation of large-scale supply chain initiatives for Fortune 500 clients, applying data analytics, process reengineering, and Six Sigma methodologies.
